Do I qualify for a refund?
All orders are eligible for a refund 30 days after they are purchased. After 30 days orders are no longer eligible for a refund. Please reach out to us on our contact page so we can assist you with the refund process.
Do I need to return my product to receive a refund?
Not necessarily. We only accept returns that have not been used or opened. If you have used or opened your product you are still eligible for a refund.
How do I return my product?
Once you send us a message on our contact page we will provide you with a return label. Please ship your return in the box or mailing envelope it arrived in. Otherwise you may have to purchase a box or mailing envelope yourself.
How will I receive my refund?
Your refund will reappear on your original form of payment 5-7 business days after your refund is issued by us.Â
